Where we are
We are in Castelnuovo di Farfa, in the green heart of Sabina, on a hill overlooking the renowned Abbey of Farfa. All around: olive groves, medieval villages, hiking trails and the natural pools on the Farfa river.
The town is about 1 km away, with a pharmacy, post office and grocery store. A larger supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. Nearby you'll find plenty of agriturismi serving local cuisine.
🚆 Getting here
The Fara Sabina train station is a 20-minute drive away. From there, trains to Rome and Fiumicino Airport run every 20 minutes on weekdays, with stops in Rome at Nomentana, Tiburtina, Ostiense, Tuscolana and Trastevere. A car is recommended for getting around.
